Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or accounting advice. By purchasing and participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, implementation and results.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of private coaching, Voxer support, strategy planning, preparation time, client communication, access allocation and included resources, all coaching purchases are considered final once payment has been made.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of participation, missed sessions, unused Voxer access, underutilisation of services, changes in personal circumstances or failure to complete agreed action steps.
Where a payment plan is selected, you are committing to the full coaching investment. Missed payments may result in coaching support being paused until payment is brought up to date.
Refunds may be considered only where required by Australian Consumer Law, including where there has been service non-delivery or a failure to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
